Fitz
Fitz has FIVE kids, a Boston Terrier named Susie Lou Snuffoluffogus and a really hot wife who is far too beautiful for him, is with him out of pity and is trying to find a way out. Fitz brings a unique feminine perspective to the show because he is truly a 6’7” 245 pound baby! You might think he is an NFL linebacker but truly, he is an overgrown pansy. Fitz lives for reality TV. Be glad you can just laugh at him and that you don’t have to live with him.
Listening to Fitz is not like anything else you’ve ever heard or experienced. Fitz has been described as someone with a huge heart who lives his life on the radio. His conversations and stories range from comical to profoundly honest. Some have described Fitz’s show as a radio hybrid of “The Tonight Show” and “Saturday Night Live” with parody songs and comedy bits. With the cast’s individual personalities and lively discussions on every-day subjects, the show creates a powerful emotional bond with its audience and covers topics that moms and daughters alike want to hear. It’s a show that mom can listen to in the car with the kids and know the show will never embarrass her.
Drew
Drew “The Movie Guy” is a northwest native who has managed to live in all 4 of the corners of these United States.
Movies have always been a big part of Drew’s life. A “black market” satellite dish brought the world of 24-hour movies and entertainment to Drew’s childhood home in the mid-1980s… And he never went outdoors again.
In High School Drew produced and directed 2 short films in 2 years, each one winning the competition they were entered in.
Drew attended an exclusive engineering college in Michigan in an attempt to have a legitimate career, but there just wasn’t enough excitement in the computer lab or at the drafting table and Drew left for the next adventure.
An enlistment in the US Marines was next and that definitely provided the excitement Drew was looking for. Duty stations in San Diego, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, and finally back in Washington gave Drew experience living all around the country and watching movies in many states.
Back in Washington and back to College. Drew returned to College at Washington State University which has one of the best radio broadcast schools in the nation…. Which he did not attend. After College, the entertainment industry seemed a million miles away and Drew worked as a bartender, a builder, a salesperson, and a metallurgist.
A chance encounter with Fitz just after he moved to Seattle to helm “Fitz in the Morning” on the Seattle Wolf, finally led to the opportunity for Drew to tell the world what he thinks about movies.
Some movie reviews bore and confuse the viewer with discussion of “Second Unit Direction”, or “B-Story Arc”. Drew just lets the listener know if the movie is good or bad; worth the time and money or not… and he is particularly fond of reporting when a movie is really bad.
In late 2006 Drew became a regular contributor on “Fitz in the Morning” as Drew the Movie Guy and as Fitz’ only real friend in the northwest. Shortly afterward Fitz launched “The Hit List with Fitz” a syndicated Country music countdown show and Drew has been providing movie reviews to more than 100 markets in the US and Canada ever since.

Often described as an “emotional roller coaster,” Fitz in the Morning is renowned for being completely irreverent and hilarious one moment, then profoundly touching the next. It’s the closest thing to Oprah on the radio. Fitz’s show is a family-friendly, character-based reality show. Every morning, Fitz and the gang reveal everything about their lives. The show is a daily soap opera that listeners do not want to miss.
Fitz describes it as High School with a paycheck! It’s not just a radio show…it’s entertainment that you become a part of. After hearing Fitz once, you’ll be hooked.
